Hypnosis for successful, highly motivated and results-oriented leaders
About Henka
Lisa Abramson, a certified hypnotist called an inspiration by Oprah, founded Henka Hypnosis after observing how high achievers often endured unnecessary struggles.
Their struggles weren’t from a lack of effort, but rather a misalignment between their conscious goals and subconscious beliefs.
Henka is the Japanese word for change or transformation.
When the subconscious and conscious mind are aligned, there’s little resistance so anything is possible, making change seem effortless.

Hypnosis is a natural state where your focused mind becomes receptive to positive updates, rewiring old habits for meaningful change.
Scientifically, hypnosis shifts your brain from its busy “Beta” state (where you are now, alert and thinking) to a calmer “Alpha” or “Theta” state, where you’re relaxed but still aware.
You stay in control, using your own inner strengths to create lasting transformation.
What It Isn't...
Sleep: You are aware throughout.
Losing control: You decide what shifts.
A trick: It's science-backed, not magic.
-
Yes, hypnosis is a completely natural and safe state that is often deeply relaxing. You experience hypnosis-like states daily through daydreaming, intense concentration, and when entering and exiting sleep.

Most people can be hypnotized and it is completely safe and you are in control. The most important thing is to arrive to your session with an open mind and desire to make a change.

Hypnosis is a guided process that uses focused attention, deep relaxation, and heightened suggestibility to access the subconscious mind and promote positive changes, such as weight loss, reducing alcohol consumption, increasing confidence, improving sleep, enhancing motivation, lowering stress, and more.

First, we’ll have a conversation to discuss your goal or situation, the hypnosis process, and any questions you might have.
Make sure to have a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Wearing headphones/AirPods is also highly encouraged.
Once the session begins, I’ll guide you into a deep relaxation, and then offer positive suggestions based on your goals. You remain conscious throughout the session, interacting with me during hypnosis by signaling or speaking. Hypnosis is not sleep, and you do not lose control.
When hypnosis is concluded, it is normal to feel so relaxed and refreshed that it feels like you took a nap. You can emerge from hypnosis slowly and gently, and you will be able to go about your day normally.

Yes, you might hear every word I say during the session, and that’s perfectly okay! You’re still in hypnosis. It’s like when you’re driving and focused on the road but still notice the radio—your mind can do both. Some people stay lightly aware, others drift deeper and forget parts, but it all works. Your subconscious hears me either way, and that’s where the change happens. You won’t be “out cold” or out of control—you’re just relaxed, and I’ll be your guide.

Henka is the Japanese concept of fluid, natural change, like a caterpillar's metamorphosis. Henka Hypnosis allows you to bypass resistance to get your subconscious mind on board to make the changes you desire.
